Plan
The Plan section shows your subscription, project usage, and included features. Plotic Cloud supports monthly and annual billing:
- Free supports three cloud-synced projects, unlimited browser-local projects (subject to device storage), and three versions per cloud project. It includes screenplay comments on cloud projects and BYOK AI on both local and cloud projects.
- Individual costs 3 EUR or USD per month, or 30 per year. It includes managed cloud for one person.
- Studio costs 5 EUR or USD per month, or 50 per year, for two editors. Each additional editor costs 2.50 per month or 25 per year. The average price per editor falls as the team grows.
Plotic AI is optional and is not included in those prices: Free and Individual can subscribe for 2 EUR or USD per month, or 20 per year, with 50 standard and 5 deep analyses per month. In Studio it costs 1 per month, or 10 per year, for each person the administrator includes. Local and cloud analyses share the same quota. The administrator can turn it off in Account to stop the add-on charge without cancelling the Cloud plan. For a Free AI-only subscription, turning it off schedules cancellation at the end of the billing period.
Displayed prices include applicable taxes. Plotic uses EUR in the eurozone and USD elsewhere.
Plotic opens Stripe's hosted secure checkout when you subscribe. Afterwards, you can review a plan or billing interval change before confirming it. If you have an active Plotic AI add-on, turn it off before changing the Cloud plan, then turn it on again afterwards. Free AI-only subscribers adding a Cloud plan are charged immediately after confirming the change in Plotic. Open Payments and invoices to update the payment method, download invoices, or cancel. Cancellation keeps access active until the paid period ends.
A Studio subscription covers the owner and the people in their Studio team up to the purchased seat count. In Account, the Stripe account holder can invite by email, resend invitations, revoke seats, and add seats. Invitations reserve a seat for seven days, including for an email that does not yet have a Plotic account.
Joining a team does not automatically grant access to every project. The account holder shares each project with the members they choose. Revoking a seat removes that person's access to every project in that team. Each collaborator's personal projects retain their own plan. Before reducing seats or changing to Individual, remove members who would no longer be covered. Plotic never evicts someone automatically.
If an account returns to Free with more than three cloud projects, projects beyond the limit remain available as read-only. Browser-local projects are unaffected.
Security
Accounts created with email can change their password. Plotic keeps the current session open and closes the others.
You can also use Sign out other devices without changing the password. Accounts that only use Google do not show the password form.
Privacy and data
In Privacy and data, you can download a ZIP containing your owned .plotic projects, profile, comments, and analysis history. Projects owned by other people are not exported.
To delete an account, Plotic sends a six-digit code to the account email. The action cancels any active subscription without an automatic refund, removes owned projects, and anonymises your messages in shared projects. See Privacy and data for recovery-backup retention.
